I want to run faster. I'd like to win a race or two. I want to smarter and harder and increase my mileage without increasing my injuries. I'd also like to keep up with this and my other blog. Long-Term Running Goals: I want to win at least one marathon, make a better showing at the next Olympic Trials, try a few ultra-marathons and finish a 100-miler. Personal: I lead a simple life. I teach a couple of times a week and run. A lot. I also climb and ski (both snow and water) whenever I get a chance. I think I'm addicted to sunshine. |
