Recent races: St. George Marathon, Olympic Trials Marathon, Moab 5 miler.

Short-Term Running Goals:

I want to run faster. I'd like to win a race or two. I want to smarter and harder and increase my mileage without increasing my injuries.

I'd also like to keep up with this and my other blog. You can check it out at novicexpert.blogspot.com. I don't keep track of my workouts there (just random thoughts on running), so the two don't really interfere.

Long-Term Running Goals:

I want to win at least one marathon, make a better showing at the next Olympic Trials, try a few ultra-marathons and finish a 100-miler.

Personal:

I lead a simple life. I teach a couple of times a week and run. A lot. I also climb and ski (both snow and water) whenever I get a chance.  I think I'm addicted to sunshine.

ah, yes it's been a while, but don't worry, i've only given up blogging, not running. just too busy to write, but i'm getting between 8-10 miles a day plus some cross training (elliptical) each day. And skiing on the weekends, of course.

Phwew, you had me worried there for a minute cookie! lol Its better to give up blogging than running anytime. Are you planning the winter series in Ogden? Hope you Loganites get some warm weather up there. Get as much ski time as you can get.
