nice run. altered 17 min easy, 13 min hard. great way to break up a 2 hr run and get a good workout but not get overly bored. by the way, i think my asthma doesn't have it out for me as much as it did. breathing felt pretty good today. helps that i was running the flat stuff out west, but i ran my hard stuff at sub 6:30 pac and didn't wheeze too awful much. yeah! |
